Comprehensive personnel administration service of about 1,200 employees (employment contracts, civil contracts) Dealing with staff-related matters (keeping personal files, preparing documents related to employment relationship and its expiration: employment contracts, annexes, certificates, work certificates, in accordance with the labour law provisions) Managing the on boarding and welcoming new employee to the organization Entering data into HR system (HCM) and managing employees’ database Managing all types of employee absences, including holiday balance registration Managing sick leave process, Paternity leave process with the employees and the payroll vendor Taking care of occupational medicine examinations, OHS training and employee benefits Supporting HR Manager in the field of personnel administration management Once in a month travelling for 2 days to other locations (Wrocław and Kraków) may happen for the purpose of onboarding and meeting new employees Minimum of 1 year’ experience in HR area Higher education Good command of English (verbal and written) Basic practical knowledge of current labour law and personnel administration processes Basic practical knowledge of provisions regarding working time Basic understanding of social security and tax regulations issues Good command of MS Office, including Excel Analytical skills Openness to look for improvements and optimization within your area of responsibility Opportunity to be part of a global organization with good practices and focused on continuous development Open-minded and multinational environment Pleasant and inspiring working atmosphere Professional development and ambitious tasks Access to training needed on the position occupied Stable employment Competitive salary and various benefits (private health care including dental care, life insurance, language courses and other benefits available within cafeteria benefits)
